Alexandra Spence is a sound artist and musician from Sydney. Her practice attempts to reimagine the intricate relationships between the listener and the surrounding environment as a form of communion or conversation. Her aesthetic favours field recordings, analogue technologies and object interventions. 

For Volume, Alexandra Spence will perform at the Lawrence English (Room40) co-curated North and South program on Wednesday 4 October.
