Clayton Thomas is a double bass player based in Sydney. He is the founder of the NOW now festival for improvisational music and musical projects Splinter and Splitter Orchestra. As a performer, Thomas has travelled the world in support of his solo music that lives between experimentation, improvisation and jazz. 

For Volume, Clayton Thomas will perform as part of the Strings program.
