Datu Arellano is a visual artist, musician, designer, instrument maker, educator and longstanding member of Manila’s Anino Shadowplay Collective – a group that specialises in shadow puppetry. An experimental musician in his own right, Arellano will perform as well as lead instrument-making workshops throughout Volume.  

For Volume, Arellano will run the Wonderpole Ensemble workshop program (a ticketed workshop series) as well as perform for the Tones program.
