Hamed Sadeghi is an acclaimed Persian–Australian tar player and composer. His innovative blend of Persian classical music with Western contemporary music and jazz has exemplified global sound experimentation in Australia over the last ten years. Seamlessly blending intricate melodies and staccato rhythms, Sadeghi creates a wall of sound from his favoured six-string tar.
