Marcus Whale is a Sydney-based experimental pop musician who works between music, performance art and composition. With a primary focus on electronics and voice, he has released albums under his own name as well as with groups Collarbones and BV. His solo album The hunger 2021, was nominated for the Australian Music Prize.  

For Volume, Marcus Whale will perform as part of the Tones program.
