Theresa Wong is an American composer, cellist and vocalist actively exploring the synergies between multiple disciplines. Wong’s artistic practice follows inquiries into song forms, improvisation, just intonation and intermedia performance. She co-composes with the Long String Instrument inventor Ellen Fullman and their composition ‘Harbours’ was chosen as one of The Wire’s top 50 releases of 2020.

For Volume, Theresa Wong will perform with Ellen Fullman and present the work ‘Soundless’ at the Lawrence English (Room40) co-curated North and South program on Wednesday 27 September.
